Easy Turkey Pasta Salad Recipe

How to Make Pasta Salad with Turkey

Ingredients

• 1 packet (8 ounces) mostaccioli pasta
• 2 cups cooked diced turkey
• 1 and a half cups mayonnaise
• 1 cup celery, chopped
• 1 c. soured cream
• 1 romaine lettuce leaf head, chopped
• 1 tablespoon celery root, minced

Directions

Step 1

In a big saucepan, bring lightly salted water to a boil.

Step 2

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until spaghetti and cookie are soft.

Step 3

To cool, drain and run under cold water several times. Place in a large mixing basin.

Step 4

In a separate dish, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and celery root.

Step 5

Toss the spaghetti with this mixture and toss well to coat. Combine the turkey and celery in a mixing bowl.

Step 6

On a serving dish, arrange the romaine lettuce and top with the turkey pasta salad.
