shallots, 2    
2 cloves garlic    
1/2 pound onion    
1 jalapeo pepper    
1 mango, diced    
2 Roma tomatoes, diced    
1 tblsp. salsa seasoning mixture    
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped    
a third of a cup of ketchup    
1 tablespoon chili sauce (Sriracha)    
a quarter teaspoon of salt    
lime juice, 1 tbsp    
sugar (half a spoonful)
