Keto Bread Recipe is something that has been on my bucket list for a while now. There has been so many bread recipes out there that I finally decided on this one. I have seen so many recipes on the internet that are called the “keto bread recipe”, but many of them are very complicated and time consuming. So I decided to make a simple yet tasty bread that can be out of the oven in less than 10 minutes.

As a blog that is intended for people who are on the ketogenic diet, we hear the same questions over and over again: “Can I eat bread?” “What do I eat with my bacon fat butter lettuce?” “Is it possible to make keto bread that is not grainy?” After years of asking ourselves these questions, we finally found a bread recipe that is super easy to make and tastes amazing.

A ketogenic diet, or keto diet, is a low-carb, high-fat diet that helps you lose weight by reducing your body’s use of glycogen (carbohydrates stored in the liver and muscles), and it’s also a powerful tool for managing your diabetes.

You’re in luck: this 90-second keto bread works just as well as sliced bread or an English muffin. And, although keto breads have a poor reputation for being bland or having a gritty texture, I’ve created a delicious bread that you can have for breakfast or lunch, with a light taste and texture. Better? There are just 4 net carbohydrates in it!

After experimenting with a variety of keto bread recipes, I finally came up with a recipe that has the ideal mix of moistness and form retention. I’ve discovered that using almond flour and coconut flour in keto loaves helps to balance out the graininess. Furthermore, the use of Everything But the Bagel spice enhances the taste of the keto bread.

Hip Tips:

  • To prevent the bread from sticking to the edges, heat the butter in a microwave-safe basin beforehand.
  • To give the bread new tastes, experiment with various spices (I’m excited to try cumin).
  • You may use this square baking dish instead of a traditional loaf pan. For the microwave, you may alternatively use a cup or another kind of dish.
  • It’s better to consume the 90-second Keto bread right away. After all, who doesn’t like freshly baked bread?

Light Keto Bread in 90 Seconds

In 90 seconds, you can make a wonderful low-carb bread.

  • 1 tablespoon flour (fine)
  • 1 tablespoon flour (coconut)
  • 1 egg
  • baking powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp. Mandelmilch
  • a generous teaspoon of salt
  • Garnish with herbs Except for the bagel (optional)

Melt the butter for 20 seconds in a square pan, dish, or cup appropriate for the microwave. The bread will not cling to the bowl as a result of this.

Whisk together all of the ingredients in a mixing basin.

Microwave them on high for 90 seconds.

After the bread has cooled, split it in half or leave one big piece. If you want them to appear like an English muffin or toast, toast them in the toaster.
