  • 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to a consistent thickness
  • 1 tblsp. garlic powder
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 tsp. canola oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chopped baby bella mushrooms
  • 1 14.5 oz. diced tomato can
  • 14 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Orzo Pasta, 1 CUP
  • 2 Teaspoons Basil, Dried
  • 12 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Rosemary, Dried
  • 1 tblsp. garlic powder
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Pour a tablespoon of the oil into a large pan set over medium-high heat. Add the onions and cook until they become a golden brown hue. Transfer the onions to a bowl and put aside after they’ve been cooked. Prepare a pot of salted boiling water to cook your pasta in the meanwhile.
  2. Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to season on both sides of chicken breasts
  3. To the heated pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Cook the chicken on both sides in the same pan. The goal is to get a golden brown hue. This enhances the taste.
  4. Remember to put your pasta in the boiling water! Follow the package instructions for cooking your pasta.
  5. Return the onions to the pan after the chicken has been browned. Sauté the garlic and mushrooms together until the garlic is aromatic. It takes around 3 minutes.
  6. Toss tomatoes, chicken stock, balsamic vinegar, basil, rosemary, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper to taste in a separate bowl. Over the chicken and vegetables, pour the mixture. Allow for approximately 20 minutes of cooking time, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  7. Stir in the cooked and drained pasta and serve after the chicken is fully cooked.
