BBQ Beer Meatballs |

Ribs and meatballs have a long history of pairing well together. The meatballs, as described above, are inspired by the meatballs used in the Alabama tradition of bourbon chicken. To make the meatballs, cube 1 lb. of chicken breasts and add to a food processor. The chicken mashes up quite quickly, but you might need to stop the machine every so often to get the process under control.

I recently made a batch of BBQ patties using ground turkey and ground beef, and then combined them with some BBQ sauce to make my own BBQ Meatballs. They were an absolute hit with guests and I know I will be making them again soon. As such I thought it is a good idea to share the recipe with you as well. BBQ Meatballs | BBQ meatballs with BBQ sauce Recipe: 1 pound ground beef (80/20) 2 pounds ground turkey (85/15) 1 pound ground pork (90/10) 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce 1/2 cup of water 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon of ground mustard 1/2 tablespoon of salt 1 teaspoon of black pepper 1/2 cup of

These BBQ Beer Meatballs, or as Blake calls them, bbq sausages are a big hit with everyone! I’ve had them catered for a company party, and I’ve had them as an appetiser at home. I like having them for lunch on the weekend because they’re simple to make and taste great! They’re also great to make ahead of time as they can be frozen for a week ahead of time and simply heated up on the day you’re going to make them.

Meatballs are my go-to dish on game days. They’re my favorite game-day treat, and they’re so simple to make. But every now and then, I like to add a twist to them. What could be better than Beer Meatballs on the BBQ on a game day?

What causes meatballs to become tough?

  • They’ve been cooked too long.
  • They’re prepared using beef that’s much too thin.
  • Meatballs had been overmixed.
  • Breadcrumbs and milk were in short supply in the meatballs.

To cook the meatballs on the stovetop, mix the frozen meatballs (yeah, we’re cheating!) and sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. The beer’s alcohol will be cooked out. Cook for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are well cooked and the sauce has thickened. That’s right, it’s that simple!

This appetizer may easily be made in the crockpot instead of on the stovetop. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring periodically, in your slow cooker with all of the ingredients. This is a set-it-and-forget-it appetizer, which is ideal for those last-minute cleaning and cooking tasks. Use a crockpot liner to make cleaning even simpler.

What kind of meatballs should I use?

In this dish, I use “homestyle meatballs,” which are a mildly flavored meatball with a smaller size. If you can’t locate this type, Swedish meatballs are a good alternative. Because of their bigger size and stronger taste, I would avoid Italian meatballs. You could prepare your own meatballs, but this recipe utilizes frozen meatballs for convenience and time savings.

What kind of beer should I use?

This recipe may be made with any kind of beer. I like a lighter beer, such as Blue Moon or Yuengling. To get the greatest results in the recipe, avoid strong IPAs, fruit or coffee-flavored beers, and anything too bitter.

I remember being diagnosed with a life-threatening disease when I was diagnosed with the devastating disease of a lifelong illness called Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. I thought my life was over. But fortunately, I survived. The good news is that now I am cancer-free. The bad news is that my health is back to “normal.” I am not sure what normal is, but I know that I have lost weight.
