First, there’s the backstory. Collin and I were in San Diego a few months back and went to 7-Eleven for a snack, trying to locate something keto-friendly. When we first saw Bhu Keto bars, we were ecstatic and fascinated by this new product that we had never seen before. We each purchased a bottle of perfume and walked away.

Bhu has a caramel flavor and is really flavorful!
They taste just like fudge! They’re stored in the fridge and become soft like fudge when you take them out and warm them up a little. I’m not sure how these manage to be so tasty, but they are! I like all of the flavors, but my favorite is the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough!
On average, they only have 2 to 3 net carbohydrates!
Each variation has somewhat different components and nutritional characteristics, but most of these bars include 11-12 g of carbohydrates and 9 g of fiber, for a net carb content of just 2-3 g. They’re extremely satisfying because to the high fat content, and they’re great for an afternoon or evening snack, or if you simply want something sweet!
