For example, if you’re eating a diet high in processed food, then you’re more likely to be constipated, since processed foods are often made with less fiber and more sugar and salt. And if you’re also lacking in vitamins and minerals that are essential for healthy poo, or are eating too much meat, then you’ll be suffering from constipation too.
