Sara from White Kitchen Red Wine is first up, with her Chili Onion Crunch Chickpeas.

Trader Joe’s is one of my favorite stores, and their Chili Onion Crunch is really delicious! So I had a feeling they were going to be incredible.

You can also use them as a protein and crunch salad topper. Or simply eat them while lounging by the pool!

Krista from De Socio in the Kitchen is up next, and she’s making Beer Battered Sage Fritters, an unusual appetizer.

I usually use one or two sage leaves and then have no idea what to do with the remainder. So, I’ve decided what I’m going to create!

Beer batter has a great texture and crunch, so I’m sure this will taste wonderful!

Main Dish

Now that we’ve had some appetizers, it’s time to move on to the major meals.

A Seasoned Greeting’s Catherine is making a tangy Buffalo Chicken Burger.


Just looking at this makes my mouth wet! It combines two of my favorite picnic recipes: burgers and buffalo wings, which I adore.

It’s a necessity to add bacon and more buffalo sauce!

My Sonoran Hot Dogs recipe follows. Wrap your normal hot dogs in bacon and top them with Mexican-inspired toppings to take them to the next level.

These Sonoran hot dogs are always a favorite with my kids and visitors!! Use your imagination when it comes to toppings, and make sure you have enough of hot dogs on available.


Ending our dinner with dessert, which is my favorite part of any meal!
