I never thought I’d have a problem with my weight, but I do. I’ve always struggled with it, and it often kept me from being the person I wanted to be. I tried everything to lose weight. I’d even try diets that claimed to be the only way to lose weight, but it never worked. I was never able to stick to them, and I found myself gaining the weight back over and over. I was so frustrated.

I have been overweight my entire life, on and off, and I’ve been trying for years to lose the weight. I’ve tried every diet imaginable: low fat, low carb, gluten free, no carbs, no fat, low calorie, low calorie plus exercise, low calorie plus exercise plus exercise, high fat, high carb, low carb plus no fat, and so on.
