Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3 tablespoons oil/butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Season with salt to taste.
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 2 finely chopped green chilies
- 2 cups chopped vegetables
- 2 beaten eggs (optional)
Instructions
Preparation:
- Heat the oil or butter, then scrumble the egg.
- After that, add the chopped onion and vegetables and cook them.
- Add the rice, pepper powder, soy sauce, and salt now. 3–4 minutes of frying
- serve immediately
