A strawberry cake mix, Cool Whip, and an egg are used to make Cookies with Strawberry Cool Whip. A healthier cookie recipe that’s simple to prepare and has less calories than conventional cake mix cookies!
One of my favorite quick and simple cookie recipes is Strawberry Cool Whip Cookies. Soft, tasty cookies may be made with only a few ingredients and a few minutes!
What are cool whip cookies, and how do you make them?
A cake mix, butter, and eggs are used to make traditional cake mix cookies. To reduce calories, replace the butter with Cool Whip while baking Cool Whip cookies. As a consequence, the cookie is softer and has a slightly different consistency, but it retains all of the taste and sweetness! Because the Cool Whip makes the cookie dough stickier than usual, I like to roll the cookie dough balls in powdered sugar before baking, but you may omit this step if you want.
Cake mix cookies are very flexible, which is one of their greatest features. You are free to use whatever cake mix you want! This dish is delicious when made using lemon cake mix, but I also like it with chocolate. You may use chocolate chips, M&Ms, or any other kind of mix-in you like!
Cool Whip Cookie Ingredients
1 pound cake mix (strawberry)
2 cups thawed Cool Whip (about 2/3 of an 8 ounce bottle)
1 egg
