The ’90s were a magical time for breakfast foods. While fast food joints are still serving up burgers, fries, and milk shakes, mom-and-pop restaurants are once again serving up breakfast classics that are still popular today. One popular recipe that has endured is the Banana French Toast Bake. It’s a twist on french toast, in which the batter is cooked in a square baking dish rather than in a round one.

What do you do when you are craving French Toast but don’t have the time for the traditional breakfast? You make banana French Toast! This is an easy recipe that can be done in the morning without much fuss. It is also full of goodness that will keep you full throughout the entire day.
