If you want to get guests to come over, then you need to get their attention. When using a party appetizer to get their attention, you need to choose one that is unique enough to be interesting and that key ingredients are easy to find. This is where a sangria recipe comes in handy. This recipe for Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria is perfect for your next party as it can be customized to your own liking.

Summer is in full swing and it’s time for the classic summer drink, sangria. In fact, this bubbly concoction is enjoyed all year long in many parts of the world. Especially in Spain, where the sangria has been made for over a millennium. Sangria, which has its roots in France, is a blend of red wine, fruit juices, and spirits. Although sangria is typically associated with summer in Spain, it is also enjoyed all year around. There are many varieties of sangria, each with its own distinctive taste and color. This recipe calls for fresh apples and sparkling apple cider. Serve sangria chilled, in a stemmed glass and garnish with a slice of orange in the center.

Sangria is usually made with red wine and fruit, but this sparkling version gets its sparkle from sparkling apple cider. The sweetness of the cider is reduced by using lemon juice, which imparts the tangy taste of the fruit.

This is the ideal autumn drink! This recipe for Apple Cider with a Kick Sangria is quick and easy to prepare, and it tastes like autumn in a cup! This drink, made with sparkling apple cider and a dry red wine, may be thrown together quickly if time is a problem. It’s easy to make and great for the colder autumn season, whether you’re celebrating Thanksgiving with family around the table or simply wrapping Christmas gifts!

I’m always up for a drink of sangria, no matter the season! There are so many options that may be used for any occasion. With apple cider and cinnamon, this drink combines wonderful autumn tastes, and it works well with a dry red wine. The sliced fruit tops it all off and adds to the overall deliciousness of this drink.

What other alcoholic beverages go well with apple cider?

The answer is inexhaustible! Apple cider goes well with a variety of alcoholic beverages. Bourbon and whiskey, as well as sparkling wines like champagne, Prosecco, and Blanc de Blancs, provide excellent accents. White and red wines may also be combined with apple cider and fresh, sliced fruit to create a delicious autumn beverage.

Is there a distinction between apple cider and apple juice?

To remove the juice from the apples in apple cider, they are usually diced, mashed, and pressed. After that, the liquid is either pasteurized or not before being bottled. As a consequence, you’ll get a hazy, pale-brown beverage with sweet and sour undertones. Apple juice is similar to cider, except it is cooked to 190°F and bottled in containers while still hot. The high temperature may produce changes in the texture, taste, and color of raw cider. The end product is a clear, amber beverage that may be found on shop shelves. Preservatives like potassium sorbate are often added, altering the taste somewhat. It may also include a sweetener to enhance the apple flavor. Because of the preservatives, apple juice has a longer shelf life.

The following are the ingredients for our Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria:

  • Dry Red Wine ———–> I like THIS one!
  • Sparkling Apple Cider
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Oranges
  • Pears
  • Apples

To create our Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria, follow these steps:

To begin, make sure the red wine and sparkling apple cider are both cold. This cocktail is intended to be served cold, and it won’t taste nearly as nice if it’s diluted by ice! So refrigerate those bottles till they’re nice and cold.

Next, combine the ground cinnamon and sugar in a big pitcher. Stir the two components together well.

After that, add either bottle (750ml) of red wine to the sugar mixture and stir well. Continue to stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Slice all of the fruit once the sugar has dissolved. I decided to cut them into rounds, but the decision is entirely up to the makers. Add all but a few pieces of oranges to the fruit after it’s been sliced, so they may be used as a garnish.

After you’ve added the fruit to the pitcher, gently pour in the sparkling apple cider. Stir gently.

Serve and have fun!
