I’ve been meaning to test out my new cast iron pan for a while now. I’ve heard of it being the ‘fool-proof’ way to cook, and how it can make a bland, cut of meat tender and juicy. I’ve always been a fan of cooking on a cast iron pan, but I’ve never used one because I’m always afraid of it’s durability. Not only is it a real investment, but the thought of it getting damaged by heat is a real concern.

If you have never tried slow cooking before, you are missing out on one of the most flavorful ways to prepare a steak. You can use just about any cut of steak, but the best cuts for this technique are the ribeye and the strip steak. To ensure that your meat is tender, it is important that you buy a quality cut, and that you cook it to the correct temperature, so that it is cooked well done.

Whether yours is a full-time chef, the mom of a family, or the wife of a busy office worker, you need to plan ahead to make dinner again. That’s where the balsamic glazed London broil comes in. It’s an easy dinner recipe that’s not only healthy and delicious, but also best served the day it’s made.. Read more about london broil marinade and let us know what you think.

What is the definition of London broil?

London broil is a kind of steak that is typically sliced from the top round or flank. Either cut may be referred to as London Broil. The London Broil is usually marinated for many hours before being broiled or grilled at a high heat. It’s then cut thinly across the grain and served. London Broil is a dish from the United States, not from the United Kingdom.

London Because broil is a harder cut of meat, it must be cooked properly in order to be delicious. My favorite technique is to cook at a high temperature for a short amount of time in a broiler or on a grill. Another alternative is to cook for an extended period of time on a low heat in a dutch oven or a slow cooker.

Slicing the meat thinly will also assist to reduce the hardness. Thicker slices will be chewier and more difficult to eat.
