I am a crazy obsessed Keto lover and reader. I love the simplicity of the Ketogenic diet and the Keto lifestyle. I have been on this diet for over 5 years now but this is my first time making Keto chips. These are also my first time making chicken skin-ny dippers. These are great for humans, but are also great for the dogs and cats in your life.
These crispy baked chicken skin-ny dippers are the perfect snack for the keto diet. While they are not as crispy as ones you would find at a fast food restaurant, they are still so dang good! I love them, and I’m confident you will too!

I dip, you dip, and together we dip.
You’ll note that there are surprisingly few crunchy snack choices during the first 5 minutes of beginning the ketogenic diet. Dippers, apart from the fried chicken skins, are awful! Sure, there’s celery and other uninteresting ingredients, but who wants to restrict oneself to celery and cucumber when there’s a large bowl of handmade guacamole in front of them? Let’s work together to enhance our pasta and share a large quantity of crispy fried chicken skin!
Surprisingly easy, effective, and tasty
What I like most about these fried chicken dippers is not only how delicious they are, but also how effective they are. You can securely purchase skinless chicken and know you have this tried-and-true recipe instead of continually purchasing skinless chicken, which is frequently more costly and less tasty. It’s fantastic! This method may be used to cook a complete chicken, legs, breasts, or anything else. Remove the skin from the chicken you’re dealing with first. The hips were utilized in this instance.
The Great Bear captures the Big Dipper.
If you bake the peels without sifting them, they will shrivel up and resemble plums….. And plums aren’t a good match for guacamole! Cover the skin with another pan to get a flat chicken skin that maintains approximately half of its original size. This flattens them out and makes them ideal for dipping.
Boost the flavor of your sauces.
You may season them according to your preferences. To contrast with the guacamole, I prefer to add a little cayenne pepper and salt while dipping. A word about the spices: you only need a pinch. They shouldn’t be cooked all the way through since they shrink a lot in the oven and are already extremely thin. Seriously! I used the normal quantity of spice the first time I cooked these, and they were extremely hot!!!!
Profitability suggestions
As you can see, the profits aren’t very high. The pictures depict what a 1.5-pound chicken should look like. When I’m cooking a couple pounds of chicken for the week and still have a lot of skin left over, these thin-skinned fried chicken dips come in handy. For a bird that weighs less than a pound, this recipe is probably not the best. You should give it a go! They’re fantastic when paired with homemade guacamole.

I’m a big fan of chicken skin, but I have a sneaky suspicion that I’m not alone. There are lots in Canada, but sadly, a lot of them are thrown away. So I like to try and come up with new ways to cook them. These Crispy Baked Chicken Skin-ny Dippers are crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. They’re keto-friendly, and are just perfect for dipping in guacamole, salsa, or even hummus. You can even make them into a fat bomb..
