The ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that shares similarities with the Atkins diet. The main difference is the fact that while Atkins limits carbs very strictly, the ketogenic diet allows a bit more carbs (usually less than 30 grams of net carbs per day).
This article is the result of my experiments after losing 16 kg (35 lbs) in the first 14 days of the ketogenic diet. I want to share with you all the experience I have had until now.
