No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Cookies

… : 20 SERIES TIME TO PREPARE: 10 MINUTES TIME TOTAL: 10 MINUTES

  • 1/2 cup safflower butter
  • a quarter-pound of butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup (sugar-free) (or more to taste)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate powder, unsweetened
  • 2 Esslöffel Swerve-Süßwaren

  • 1 spoonful of peanut butter Peanut butter powder (sugar-free)
  • 1 cup Kokosnussflocken, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup almonds, grated (optional)

2 Melt the butter and almond butter in the microwave in two 20-second intervals in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir everything together until it’s completely smooth.

3 Mix in the remaining ingredients (except the shredded coconut and almond pieces) with the melted butter.

4 Mix in the shredded coconut and (optional) a lmond pieces until well combined.

5 Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and put it on baking paper, pressing gently to create a biscuit.

6 Refrigerate the cookie sheet until it is completely hard. Keep it in an airtight container until you’re ready to use it. Have a blast!
