As you may know, I’m low carb and semi-keto, so my version of these is super low carb, which I recommend for anyone who is interested in trying keto but also wants to indulge in some of their favorite sweet treats.

No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Cookies
… : 20 SERIES TIME TO PREPARE: 10 MINUTES TIME TOTAL: 10 MINUTES
- 1/2 cup safflower butter
- a quarter-pound of butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup (sugar-free) (or more to taste)
- 2 tbsp chocolate powder, unsweetened
- 2 Esslöffel Swerve-Süßwaren

- 1 spoonful of peanut butter Peanut butter powder (sugar-free)
- 1 cup Kokosnussflocken, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup almonds, grated (optional)
2 Melt the butter and almond butter in the microwave in two 20-second intervals in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir everything together until it’s completely smooth.
3 Mix in the remaining ingredients (except the shredded coconut and almond pieces) with the melted butter.
4 Mix in the shredded coconut and (optional) a lmond pieces until well combined.
5 Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and put it on baking paper, pressing gently to create a biscuit.
6 Refrigerate the cookie sheet until it is completely hard. Keep it in an airtight container until you’re ready to use it. Have a blast!
