- a third of a cup of sugar-free barbeque sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Huhn, zerkleinert (bought)
- a quarter cup of pink Zwiebel, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons coriander, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.

On a baking sheet, weave bacon pieces into a braided crust. The simplest method is to arrange the 7 bacon slices in a row, fold each other bacon slice over, then stack the pieces in the other manner. Fold the bacon slices together and repeat with the remaining bacon pieces.

To keep the bacon level while cooking, place a cooling rack on top of it. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bacon is crisp and cooked.
